Marketing Manager

About the role

With a minimum of four years of relevant experience in marketing, growth, brand, campaigns, or demand generation, you will shape how XieTech earns attention and trust. You will lead a small, hands-on marketing function, coordinate with business development and product teams, and turn the company's mission into focused programs that produce learning and measurable value within an early-stage budget.

What you'll do

• Define brand positioning, audience priorities, messaging, and practical channel strategy
• Plan and oversee campaigns across content, social media, events, partnerships, and demand generation
• Turn company and product priorities into an achievable marketing calendar and contributor briefs
• Set useful performance measures, review channel and campaign results, and communicate actionable insights
• Prioritize budgets, tools, and experiments based on expected impact and available capacity
• Coach marketing contributors through clear goals, feedback, editorial standards, and development support
• Coordinate with business development and product teams on audience insight, launches, leads, and market feedback

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, growth, brand, campaign, or demand-generation work
• Strong grasp of brand strategy, messaging, content, campaigns, and audience development
• Ability to connect marketing activity with clear measures, learning goals, and commercial outcomes
• Experience managing contributors, agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional campaign teams
• Sound budget prioritization and comfort making progress with early-stage constraints
• Clear editorial judgment and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on, accountable leadership suited to a remote and evolving organization

Nice to have

• Experience leading people, contributors, agencies, or complex cross-functional campaigns
• Experience marketing technology products or B2B services in the Philippines
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, CRM, analytics, or marketing automation
• Experience supporting events, community programs, partnerships, or public-interest campaigns
• Understanding of product-led growth or research-driven positioning
