Graphic Designer

About the role

With a minimum of one year of professional graphic-design experience, you will help XieTech communicate with clarity and consistency across campaigns, social channels, events, and product marketing. Working with the marketing team and cross-functional partners, you will turn briefs into on-brand visuals that support launches, webinars, and community programs built for Filipino audiences.

What you'll do

• Design marketing and campaign assets, including social graphics, event materials, presentation visuals, and lightweight print or digital collateral
• Apply and extend XieTech brand guidelines across channels while keeping layouts readable and accessible
• Prepare export-ready files with correct dimensions, formats, and naming for web, social, and partner use
• Collaborate on creative direction for campaigns, webinars, and product announcements
• Iterate on feedback from marketing, product, and leadership while meeting deadlines
• Organize source files, version history, and shared asset libraries for the team
• Stay current with design tools and visual trends relevant to technology and financial wellness audiences

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 1 year of professional graphic-design experience or equivalent freelance and client work
• A portfolio demonstrating brand-aligned layouts, typography, color, and campaign or social visuals
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools
• Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, and file preparation for digital channels
• Ability to follow brand systems and adapt visuals for different formats and audiences
• Clear communication and reliable delivery in a remote, flexible-time environment
• Attention to detail on exports, spelling, alignment, and brand consistency

Nice to have

• Experience designing for technology, fintech, or community-focused brands in the Philippines
• Motion graphics or simple animation for social and event content
• Photography or photo retouching for marketing use
• Experience supporting webinars, live events, or partnership co-branding
